A World of Sounds is the name of the company created by Edmond Culver and Elizabeth Smith in 225EM. The company’s prime goal has been to create realistic audio recording and playing devices for homes and businesses.
Within the past five years the company produced the first in-home music playing devices known as Soundboxes. Based out of Sed City, Culver has found a willing and ready audience in the offices of Emigration Plains to test his products. With the invention of Soundboxes, the corporate headquarters of Sed have been linked in communication. Everyone with the opportunity to use the boxes has come away from their experience changed forever. Not a single person, after the 2 year trial period, said anything short of, “This is going to change the world forever.”
A World of Sounds does not make communication booths. Culver and Smith both feel that the communication booths dotting the landscape are archaic and in need of immediate replacement. However, both Culver and Smith worked at various points in their careers, for companies manufacturing and designing communication booths. It was with this knowledge and skill that they decided to take the communication booths to the next level.
